Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your package for any signs of damage or quality concerns to ensure a timely resolution.
- 2.Document the Issue
Capture clear photographs of the damaged item and the original packaging, as these are required for us to process your claim with the carrier.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our farm office within 48 hours of receipt at [email protected] with your order number and the attached documentation.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your request within 2 business days and issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
