Currently, we offer nationwide shipping across the continental United States. We use expedited shipping methods to guarantee that our perishable goods remain fresh.
Are your farming practices organic?
While we are in the process of official certification, we strictly follow regenerative agriculture practices, avoiding all synthetic pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Can I modify or cancel my subscription box?
Yes, you can skip a delivery, swap items, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard, provided the changes are made 48 hours before your scheduled harvest date.
